Product · EasySoftwareHMO Point of Sale

A point of sale for every kind of business.

Restaurants, sports clubs, retail and pharmacies on one platform: tables, kitchen, courts, cash, inventory, reports and invoicing, with apps for your staff, for you and for your customers.

Built · pre-production

In pre-production: the system runs in development and test environments, and no business operates on it yet. We are preparing its commercial launch.

Walkthrough

What it looks like inside.

The screens your staff use on the tablet: tables, checkout, kitchen, courts, inventory, cash-ups and settings.

The whole dining room on one screen.

Waiters see which table is free, seated, waiting to pay or reserved, open the order with one tap and send it to the kitchen.

  • QR ordering from the table

Frequently asked questions

Availability and details.

Can I sign up yet?

Not yet. The system is built and runs in development and test environments, but no business operates on it yet and we do not charge subscriptions. If you are interested, write to us and we will let you know when we open the first spots.

How much will it cost?

Our plan is a single monthly price per location with every feature included, with no modules sold separately. We will publish the price with the commercial launch.

Do I need special hardware?

No. It runs on Android tablets and in the browser. You can keep your bank or Clip card terminal and record card payments, and connect thermal printers over Bluetooth or USB.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Cash sales or sales on your own terminal, clock-ins and cash-ups keep working offline. For businesses with no internet there is a standalone tablet mode.

Does it issue invoices?

It includes Mexico's CFDI 4.0 e-invoicing in two tiers: assisted invoicing at no cost, and automatic invoicing. Automatic invoicing currently stamps only against a test provider; connecting a real one is part of the launch.

Can it be adapted to my business?

Yes. Each location turns on the features it needs. And if you need something that does not exist, we also build custom software.

Vision

Technology evolves. So do we.

This is what we are working on. We separate what is in development from what we are only evaluating, so nobody mistakes an idea for a fact.

  • In developmentActive work, date to be defined.
  • ExploringWe are evaluating it; no commitment yet.
  • On holdDesigned, held back by an external dependency.
  1. First production deployment

    In development

Publish the server and the three apps on their domains to welcome the first businesses.

  2. Automatic invoicing with a real certification provider

    In development

Choose a provider and stamp real CFDI invoices; today stamping only runs in a test environment.

  3. Fiscal receipt and printing stations

    In development

A receipt with tax ID, amount in words and room for the invoice QR; stations the owner adds and renames.

  4. CoDi payments at the table

    On hold

Designed and on hold: it needs network infrastructure we do not have yet.

  5. WhatsApp notifications

    Exploring

Receipts and alerts on the channel most customers in Mexico use. Email is already integrated.

  6. Direct integration with delivery platforms

    Exploring

Today DiDi, Uber Eats and Rappi orders are entered by hand. A direct connection will be evaluated when a business needs it.
