Terms and commercial status

We do not sell products online yet. The terms of service, including the payment, cancellation and refund policies for subscriptions, will be published on this page, reviewed by a lawyer, before the first sale. This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

Who we are

EasySoftwareHMO is a software development company based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. We build custom software, web applications, APIs and integrations, and our own point of sale platform. Contact: support@easysoftwarehmo.com.

Status of our products

EasySoftwareHMO Point of Sale, Dash and Go are in pre-production: they run in development and test environments, but they are not commercially available yet and no business operates on them.
We do not charge subscriptions or accept payments through this website.
Product illustrations on this website are conceptual and use sample data.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Since we do not sell products or take payments online today, there are no charges to cancel or refund. When we start selling subscriptions, this section will describe the price, how you are charged, how to cancel and when a refund applies.

Custom development projects are contracted in writing. Each proposal sets out the scope, price, payment methods and dates, deliverables and cancellation conditions for that project.
